Identifies opportunities for process improvement and data hygiene enhancement utilizing HubSpot, Salesforce and automation.

Utilizes marketing automation platform to personalize interactions to improve conversion rates. Streamlines processes and customer journeys using automation, with a focus on pipeline optimization and ROI. Utilizes tracking and reporting to scale high-performing strategies

 

Strategy Development

VCO to strategically define growth areas and establish KPIs. Provides cross-functional management to segment, portfolio and global marketing teams to develop campaign plans to meet AOP objectives. Ensures consistent lead generation and nurturing to support pipeline and business growth.

Conducts market analysis to understand competitive landscape, industry trends and opportunities for differentiation; identifies opportunities to showcase brand and accomplishments (PR, awards, thought leadership and speaking engagements).

Demand Generation

Partners with SMEs and stakeholders to create content that differentiates, aligns with firm values and integrates market trends to build credibility with audiences and generate demand.

 

Project Management

Builds workflows, processes and procedures to maximize team output, ensuring consistency and scalability, with a focus on continuous improvement.
